What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, promoting overall health and well-being. Reflexology aims to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve bodily functions through these targeted stimulations.

History of Reflexology

Reflexology has roots in ancient Egypt, China, and India. Modern reflexology was developed by Dr. William Fitzgerald in the early 20th century, later refined by Eunice Ingham, who mapped reflex points on the feet and hands. This practice evolved into a holistic therapy widely used today.
