Their vineyard, situated on a 2.81-acre south-facing slope, benefits from a unique micro-climate that allows for later harvests and optimal grape ripening. Asaha Wines releases their handcrafted wines twice a year, coinciding with the transitions from spring to summer and fall to winter, offering 11 different vintages annually. The Cab Sauv, a rich red wine with notes of dark fruit and spice, and the Asaha Chardonnay, with hints of pear and oak, are standout choices that reflect the winery's dedication to quality.
